Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of VINDEX, operated by Allocera Intelligence LLC. By using VINDEX, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

1. Prohibited Content

You may NOT use VINDEX to generate, distribute, or facilitate:

Illegal content of any kind, including but not limited to child exploitation material, terrorist content, or content that violates any applicable law.
Content that promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment against any individual or group.
Malware, viruses, ransomware, phishing content, or any code intended to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated content designed to deceive or manipulate.
Deliberately false information, misinformation, or deepfakes intended to deceive.
Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of VINDEX.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, message limits, or any security measures.
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to abuse the service or generate excessive API calls beyond your subscription limits.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute VINDEX responses in bulk for the purpose of training competing AI models.
Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person or entity.
Use VINDEX to perform or facilitate any activity that would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Impersonate VINDEX, Allocera Intelligence, or any other entity.

3. Code Execution

VINDEX offers code execution capabilities. You may NOT use code execution to:

Attempt to access the underlying server, file system, or network.
Execute code designed to consume excessive resources (denial of service).
Mine cryptocurrency or run persistent background processes.
Access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users or to VINDEX itself.

4. Account Sharing

Each VINDEX account is for individual use only. You may not share your login credentials, API keys, or session tokens with any other person. If you need multiple users, contact us about our team plans.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

We reserve the right to:

Monitor usage patterns for compliance with this policy.
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Modify this policy at any time with notice to users.
