Terms of Service

1. Service Description

VINDEX is an AI orchestration platform operated by Allocera Intelligence LLC ("we", "us", "our"). VINDEX connects multiple AI models (including Claude by Anthropic, GPT by OpenAI, and Gemini by Google) into a unified intelligence layer accessible via web application and API.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VINDEX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use VINDEX.
One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Payment Terms

VINDEX is a paid service. All plans require a monthly subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Allocera Intelligence LLC to charge your payment method monthly.
Plans: Starter ($8/month), Pro ($20/month), Max ($100/month).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
No refunds for partial months. No refunds after service has been used in a billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VINDEX to:

Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of VINDEX.
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or authentication systems.
Use automated scripts to abuse the service or generate excessive API calls.
Resell or redistribute VINDEX access without written permission.
Upload malware, execute malicious code, or attempt to compromise the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

VINDEX uses third-party AI models to generate responses. All AI-generated content:

May contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
Should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).
Is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness.
Is the user's responsibility to verify before acting on.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you input into VINDEX.
AI-generated outputs are provided for your use under your subscription.
The VINDEX platform, brand, code, and architecture are the intellectual property of Allocera Intelligence LLC.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. You may delete your account by contacting alloceraintelligence@gmail.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

VINDEX is provided "as is" and "as available." Allocera Intelligence LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of VINDEX after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
